An executive performance advisor coaches you to build the daily habits and mindset that sustain energy and focus through curiosity rather than willpower. My goal is to enable you to make intentional daily actions that ground the body and ignite the mind.

Why did Steve transition from corporate leadership to executive performance advisory?
Teaching, advising, mentoring, and coaching have always been a part of my roles within corporate leadership. It was the part of the job that I loved where I could help an individual grow beyond what they initially thought was possible.I also have had coaches throughout my career that have helped me through challenging times and their help as invaluable. Being able to share that capability as an Executive Performance Advisor with others is the same function, just with a different title.
Does Steve practice these habits himself?
Yes, I practice most, if not all, of the topics that are covered in the course on a regular and often times, daily basis. These habits didn't happen all of a sudden, but were built from an intentional and methodical approach grounded in a curiosity to always improve.
