By booking a program or cohort with Rooted in Curiosity, you are making a commitment to your personal growth and to the integrity of the group dynamic. Because our cohorts operate with strict capacity limits to ensure a premium experience, we enforce the following cancellation parameters.

 

1. Standard Cancellations

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a cohort, you must provide written notice to steve@rootedincuriosity.com at least 7 days prior to the official start date of the program. Cancellations made with this required notice will receive a full refund.

 

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are strictly nonrefundable. At this stage, your spot has been secured, materials have been prepared, and that seat can no longer be offered to another executive client.

 

3. Program Withdrawals

Once the program begins, including the initial asynchronous intake week, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals or incomplete participation. The value of the cohort experience relies on consistent attendance and active engagement across the entire duration.

 

4. Performance Guarantee

If I must cancel or reschedule a live session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately. I guarantee that the missed content will be delivered via an alternative format or a designated make up session to ensure you receive the full value of your investment.
